In April of this year, Christian and Carli left the hospital with the terrible news that their three year old son, Liam, was suffering from a malignant brain tumor.   I cannot even imagine their sadness and worry.  A few months, a successful operation, fights with insurance, and a couple of setbacks later, Liam is getting ready to start chemotherapy and radiation.  He will continue to fight (and beat) this cancer.  His family relies on God and prayer to get them through this difficult time and I was so blessed to have a chance to be a small part of their journey.
